The young architect Walter leaves his wife Linda to go to L.A. to draw a mansion for Harrison. On the highway a truck driver almost drives him off the road. Walter calls the truck-company to complain. The driver gets fired. When Walter arrives to the apartment-block where he has rented a flat he meets the choleric landlord William and the others living there. But now the problems starts. The next morning somebody has ruined his drawing and Harrison dislikes what Walter has drawn. But soon everything gets out of hand. Walter gets into more trouble - one morning he finds rats all over his apartment and the next day he finds his beautiful neighbor killed in his bed - and he starts to think that it is the fired truck driver who is out to get revenge.

James Adam Belushi (born June 15, 1954) is an American actor, comedian, singer and musician. He is best known for his title role of James "Jim" Orenthal on the American sitcom According to Jim. He is the younger brother of the late comic actor John Belushi.
Belushi was born in Chicago to Adam Anastos Belushi, an Albanian from Qytezë, Korçë, and Agnes Demetri (Samaras) Belushi, who was born in Ohio from Greek-Albanian immigrants from Korçë. He was raised in Wheaton, a Chicago suburb, along with his three siblings: Older brother John, older sister Marian, and younger brother Billy. After graduating from Wheaton Central High School, Jim Belushi attended the College of DuPage, and graduated from Southern Illinois University Carbondale with a degree in Speech and Theatre Arts.

Robert Dean Stockwell (March 5, 1936 – November 7, 2021) was an American film, television and stage actor with a career spanning over 70 years. As a child actor under contract to Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer, he first came to the public's attention in films including Anchors Aweigh (1945), The Green Years (1946), Gentleman's Agreement (1947), The Boy with Green Hair (1948), and Kim (1950). As a young adult, he had a lead role in the 1957 Broadway and 1959 screen adaptation of Compulsion; and in 1962 he played Edmund Tyrone in the film version of Long Day's Journey into Night, for which he won two Best Actor Awards at the Cannes Film Festival. He was nominated for a Golden Globe Award for Best Actor – Motion Picture Drama for his starring role in the 1960 film version of D. H. Lawrence's Sons and Lovers.
He appeared in supporting roles in such films as Dune (1984), Paris, Texas (1984), To Live and Die in L.A. (1985), Blue Velvet (1986), Beverly Hills Cop II (1987), and Tucker: The Man and His Dream (1988). He received further critical acclaim for his performance in Married to the Mob (1988), for which he was nominated for the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor. He subsequently had roles in The Player (1992), Air Force One (1997), The Rainmaker (1997) and The Manchurian Candidate (2004).
His television roles include Rear Admiral Albert "Al" Calavicci in Quantum Leap (1989–1993), Navy Secretary Edward Sheffield on JAG (2002–2004), and Brother Cavil on Battlestar Galactica (2004–2009). Following his roles on Quantum Leap and Battlestar Galactica, he appeared at numerous science fiction conventions. He retired from acting in 2015 following health issues and focused his later life on sculpture and other visual art.

Dana Wheeler-Nicholson (born New York City, New York, October 9, 1960) is an American actress.
Sometimes credited as Dana Wheeler Nicholson, she has appeared in numerous movies, but is probably best known for her role in Fletch as Gail Stanwyk (wife of the villain and love interest of the title character played by Chevy Chase) and in Tombstone (1993) as Mattie Blaylock (Wyatt Earp's common law wife). Her most recent movie role was in Fast Food Nation (2006). She has also appeared in several TV series including Seinfeld, Law & Order, Law & Order: Criminal Intent, Sex and the City, Boston Public, Boston Legal, Friday Night Lights, and most recently The Good Guys.
She is the granddaughter of pioneering American comic book publisher Malcolm Wheeler-Nicholson.

She was born in Chicago of Mexican American descent on her father's side and Ukrainian American descent on her mother's. Meneses studied acting at Chicago's The Second City Improvisational Theater during summer vacations. Immediately upon graduation from high school,she got a modeling contract in Milan, Italy. Originally she was to stay in Italy for only 3 months, but fell in love with Italy and stayed there for 2 years where she became a successful model. When Alex came back to the USA, she headed to Los Angeles, where she studied acting at the Lee Strasberg Institute. Meneses portrayed Teresa Morales in Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman, and has had significant recurring roles on Everybody Loves Raymond as Robert's Italian lover Stefania, Friends (1997, Third season) as Cookie (Joey Tribiani's sister), and The Hughleys. She has also appeared in Martial Law as Alex Delgado in the episode Lock Up and the films Amanda and the Alien, Selena, The Flintstones in Viva Rock Vegas, Auto Focus, NCIS, and Funny Money. Earl Boen (August 8, 1941 - January 5, 2023) was an American actor and voice actor, best known as criminal psychologist Dr. Peter Silberman in The Terminator, Terminator 2: Judgment Day and Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines. He is the only actor besides Arnold Schwarzenegger to appear in each of the first three Terminator films.
