Shane MacQuade is a rising star in Hong Kong's underworld kickboxing rings... until he wins a fight he was supposed to lose. Framed for murder, running from both the Triad mob and the police, Shane escapes to America. There, a chance encounter with a professional hitman in the Nevada desert ends with Shane taking the man's identity and his life. Shane finds that the violent world he left behind in Hong Kong is too strong to escape. A crooked Las Vegas fight promoter and a stripper named Angelique draw him into a web of sex and murder that will test his martial arts skills to their limit and change his life forever.

Joel Stoffer is an American actor credited with performing in a variety of television series and film such as Charmed, The Shield, Judging Amy, Blind Justice, Species III, Cold Case, and CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. In addition to appearing onstage with the Alliance Repertory Company inBurbank, California, Joel has also designed sets for productions there (Coyote on a Fence) and elsewhere Hudson Guild Theatre (Disappearing Act). In 2008, Joel appeared as Agent Taylor in Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, as well as starring in Bob Dylan's 2009 music video for "Beyond Here Lies Nothin'".

Vernon George Wells (born 31 December 1945) is an Australian film and television actor who has built his career around action-type films, most often cast as a villain. He began appearing on Australian television shows in the mid-1970s, such as Homicide and Matlock Police and All The Rivers Run.
He is best known to international audiences for his role of "Wez", in the 1981 science fiction action film Mad Max 2: The Road Warrior. After Mad Max 2, Wells began appearing in Hollywood films, such as the military action film Commando (1985) (as Bennett), which starred Arnold Schwarzenegger, and the science fiction comedy Innerspace (1987), which starred Martin Short, Dennis Quaid and Meg Ryan. In the 2000s, Wells acted in the television series Power Rangers: Time Force portraying the series' main villain 'Ransik'.
