Matthew Broderick (born March 21, 1962) is an American actor whose career has spanned both the silver screen and the stage. Broderick got his start off broadway but quickly wound up as the lead in Neil Simon's Brighton Beach Memoirs. His first screen role was Max Dugan Returns, also penned by Neil Simon. His breakout role came the same year for his role as a young hacker in Wargames. Later he stared as the eponymous Ferris Bueller in 1985's Ferris Bueller's Day Off, a film which has achieved cult status and had made Broderick a household name. In 1985 while on Vacation in Ireland with his then fiancee Jennifer Grey, who played his sister in Ferris Bueller's Day Off, Broderick was involved in a head on collision that killed two locals. Broderick was deemed at fault and faced five years in prison but his punishment was lessened to just a fine. In 1997 he married Sarah Jessica Parker and the pair have had 3 children together.
Patricia Arquette (born April 8, 1968) is an American actress. She made her feature film debut as Kristen Parker in A Nightmare on Elm Street 3: Dream Warriors (1987). Her other notable films include True Romance (1993), Ed Wood (1994), Flirting with Disaster (1996), Lost Highway (1997), The Hi-Lo Country (1998), Bringing Out the Dead (1999), Stigmata (1999), Holes (2003), Fast Food Nation (2006), The Wannabe (2015), and Toy Story 4 (2019). She went on to star as Joyce Mitchell in the Showtime miniseries Escape at Dannemora (2018), winning a Golden Globe Award for Best Actress and a Screen Actors Guild Award for Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Miniseries or Television Movie, and as Dee Dee Blanchard in the Hulu anthology series The Act (2019), winning the Golden Globe Award and Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actress.

Matt Mulhern was trained as an actor by William Esper at Mason Gross School of the Arts, where he received a BFA in Acting. He was first cast as Joseph Wykowski in Neil Simon's Tony Award winning "Biloxi Blues". From there, he went on to a film, TV, and theater career as an actor, appearing in films such as "One Crazy Summer," Extreme Prejudice," "Biloxi Blues," "Sunchaser," "Infinity," and "Walking To The Waterline," which he also wrote and directed for IFC films. New York theater includes: "The One-Armed Man" at Ensemble Studio Theater, "Surviving Grace" at the Union Square Theater, "The Night Hank Williams Died" at the Orpheum Theater, "Wasted" at the WPA, Regional appearances at La Jolla Playhouse in "The Glass Menagerie", "The Habitation of Dragons", at Pittsburgh Public Theater, and the National Tour of "Death of a Salesman" as Biff opposite Hal Holbrook, and, most recently, "Orphans Home Cycle" at Hartford Stage.
