Doctor Baines has been conducting genetic experiments on piranhas and has made them virtually unstoppable. Unfortunately, his assistants, Maggie and Paul, accidentally release the hybrids into the Lost River Lake threatening to destroy everyone in their path. Can they prevent the flesh-eating piranhas from escaping into the ocean and spawning?

William Theodore Katt (born February 16, 1951) is an American film and television actor, best known as the star of The Greatest American Hero. He is also known for playing Tommy Ross, the ill-fated prom date of Carrie White in the film version of Carrie and Paul Drake Jr. in the Perry Mason TV movies. His mother is Barabra Hale who played Della Street in the TV series Perry Mason .

Monte Markham (born June 21, 1935) is an American actor. During his career, Markham has appeared in film, in television, and on Broadway.
Markham was born in Manatee County, Florida, the son of Millie Content (née Willbur) and Jesse Edward Markham, Sr., who was a merchant.
Markham's many television credits include Cold Case, Mission: Impossible, Here Come the Brides, The Mod Squad, The Virginian, Ellery Queen, Hogan's Heroes, The High Chaparral, The Mary Tyler Moore Show, Alias Smith and Jones, Barnaby Jones, Hawaii Five-O, The Six Million Dollar Man, Quincy, Police Woman, Trapper John M.D., The Incredible Hulk, Hart to Hart, The Fall Guy, Dallas, Matt Houston, Simon and Simon, The Love Boat, Fantasy Island, The A-Team, Finder of Lost Loves, Hotel, Murder She Wrote, The Golden Girls, Baywatch, Melrose Place, Grace Under Fire and Star Trek: Deep Space Nine. Markham made his Broadway debut in 1973 in Irene, for which he won the Theatre World Award. He also appeared on stage in Same Time, Next Year.
Markham's film work includes Hour of the Gun Guns of the Magnificent Seven, Midway, and Airport 77. He has served as a consultant, director, producer, and narrator for A & E's "Classroom" series.

Milena Markovna "Mila" Kunis (born August 14, 1983) is an American actress. Born in Chernivtsi, Ukraine, and raised in Los Angeles, Kunis began playing Jackie Burkhart on the Fox television series That '70s Show (1998–2006) at the age of 15. She has voiced Meg Griffin on the Fox animated series Family Guy since 1999.
Kunis's breakout film role was in the 2008 romantic comedy Forgetting Sarah Marshall. McComas graduated from Princeton High School in Sharonville, Ohio in 1988. She was an education major at Miami University before she started stripping and modeling. She operated a stripping business that provided strippers to clients in the Cincinnati area in the early 90s.
The majority of her work consisted of nude modeling and acting in a variety of softcore erotic productions in addition to parts in B-movies and TV programs. She relocated to Florida in 2005 and passed away in 2009 in Waverly, Virgina of a longtime illness.

Don Pedro Colley (born 30 August 1938) is an American actor.
Colley was born in Klamath Falls, Oregon to Muriel and Pete Colley. He attended Klamath Union High School and actively played American football and athletics, which led to an unsuccessful try-out for the 1960 Summer Olympics. He later attended the University of Oregon and studied architecture.
Later, he became a theatre member and spent five years learning his craft in various productions in San Francisco.
Some of his better known roles include Gideon in Daniel Boone, Ongaro in Beneath the Planet of the Apes, SRT in George Lucas' THX 1138, and Sheriff Little in the 1980s TV series The Dukes of Hazzard.
Don Pedro has a daughter Kira Zuleka Zadow-Colley. He is now semi-retired and still makes guest appearances at various conventions across the world.
