Johnny Destiny burns into Las Vegas in his hot Plymouth RoadRunner, stopping only to pick up a stranger stranded in the desert. But then, things aren't always as they seem. Anything can happen in that town of many possibilities...especially since there's been some weird electrical disturbances. As the stranger, fresh out of prison, tries to put his life back together--to recover his money from an old bank heist and the girl he lost in doing the job--something keeps interfering with his plans. Dylan McDermott (born Mark Anthony McDermott; October 26, 1961) is an American actor. He is known for his role as lawyer and law firm head Bobby Donnell on the legal drama series The Practice, which earned him a Golden Globe Award for Best Performance by an Actor in a Television Series – Drama and a nomination for the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama Series.
McDermott is also known for his roles in four seasons (first, second, eighth and ninth) of the FX horror anthology series American Horror Story, subtitled Murder House, Asylum, Apocalypse, and 1984 portraying Ben Harmon, Johnny Morgan and Bruce, respectively. He also starred as narcotics crime lord Richard Wheatley on the Law & Order: Special Victims Unit spinoff Law & Order: Organized Crime; Lt. Carter Shaw on the TNT series Dark Blue; in two short-lived CBS dramas, Hostages and Stalker; and in the 1994 remake of the film Miracle on 34th Street. In 2022, he joined FBI: Most Wanted as the new lead, replacing the departing Julian McMahon.

Quentin Jerome Tarantino (born March 27, 1963) is an American film director, screenwriter, producer, cinematographer and actor. In the early 1990s he was an independent filmmaker whose films used nonlinear storylines and aestheticization of violence. His films have earned him a variety of Academy Award, Golden Globe, BAFTA and Palme d'Or Awards and he has been nominated for Emmy and Grammy Awards. Tarantino was born in Knoxville, Tennessee, the son of Connie McHugh Tarantino Zastoupil, a health care executive and nurse born in Knoxville, and Tony Tarantino, an actor and amateur musician born in Queens, New York. Tarantino's mother allowed him to quit school at age 17, to attend an acting class full time. Tarantino gave up acting while attending the acting school, saying that he admired directors more than actors. Tarantino also worked in a video rental store before becoming a filmmaker, paid close attention to the types of films people liked to rent, and has cited that experience as inspiration for his directorial career.

Belushi was born in Chicago to Adam Anastos Belushi, an Albanian from Qytezë, Korçë, and Agnes Demetri (Samaras) Belushi, who was born in Ohio from Greek-Albanian immigrants from Korçë. He was raised in Wheaton, a Chicago suburb, along with his three siblings: Older brother John, older sister Marian, and younger brother Billy. In 1979, Edson was a founding member of the San Francisco art rock band The Alterboys with Snuky Tate, Tono Rondone, Richard Kelly and JC Garrett, playing both drums and trumpet. From 1981 to 1982, he was Sonic Youth's original drummer and played drums for Konk at the same time. After the release of Sonic Youth's self-titled debut EP, Edson left the band to play with Konk full-time. Edson also played trumpet with San Francisco band The Offs on the group's eponymous 1984 album.
He started his acting career on screen in the feature film, Stranger Than Paradise (1984). Since then, he has been known for his roles in Ferris Bueller's Day Off (1986), Do The Right Thing (1989), Super Mario Bros. (1993) and Strange Days (1995).

He became recognized as a solo stand-up comedian and had a record "Meat Bob" and two televised concert specials in the 1980s. During the fall of 1993, he performed stand-up material as an opening act for Nirvana on what would be their final North American tour. Goldthwait is commonly known for his energetic, ravenous stage personality, his dark, acerbic black comedy, and his gruff but high-pitched voice.

Barry Shabaka Henley (born Barry Joseph Henley; September 15, 1954) is an American character actor. Henley is a fixture in many films, most often the films of director Michael Mann, having worked with the director four times.
Henley played Herbert Muhammad in Ali. In Collateral he made an impression as a sensitive jazz musician living on borrowed time. He also starred in Steven Spielberg's The Terminal. In Miami Vice, Henley succeeded Edward James Olmos as superior officer, Lt. Martin Castillo. He also appeared in the short-lived television series, Robbery Homicide Division and Barbershop. From 2009, he has played the recurring character of FBI Agent Vreede in FlashForward, an ABC television series. He also played Buddy in How Stella Got Her Groove Back.
It was announced that Henley will have a role on Heroes as Detective Fuller. In 1999 Henley supplied the role of Pokerface in the Eddie Murphy/Martin Lawrence film Life.

Persky was born in New York City, New York, the daughter of Jane Holley (née Wilson) and Mort Persky. She grew up in New York's Greenwich Village and attended the High School of Art and Design.
She debuted as Robert Duvall's daughter in The Great Santini and went on to act in such movies as American Pop, The Big Easy, When Harry Met Sally..., Coneheads, KISS Meets the Phantom of the Park, and Peggy Sue Got Married.
She wrote for New York Rocker magazine in the 1970s and dated former Blondie bass player Gary Valentine Lachman. On January 19, 2008, she married music historian and former co-star of the Comedy Central game show Beat the Geeks Andy Zax.
