Darcy is a cop who is also a supehero named Black Scorpion at night who kicks and beats evildoers to a pulp. She soon catches wind of an asthmatic mad scientist who plans on tainting the city's air supply with a toxin. Only Darcy in her superhero garb can stop him with the assistance of a petty thief named Argyle.

Joan Severance (born December 23, 1958) is an American actress and former fashion model.
Bruce Paul Abbott (born July 28, 1954) is an American actor. He has appeared in movies such as Re-Animator, Bad Dreams, The Prophecy II, Out of Time, and Bride of Re-Animator, and the TV series Dark Justice.
Abbott's career began as a dancer/actor in the Oregon Shakespeare Festival in Ashland, Oregon, where he spent three seasons in the late 1970s. In 1980, Abbott relocated from Portland to Hollywood ("in the middle of the actors' strike, and I didn't know Anyone," he recalls). Shortly afterwards, he was cast as the villain in the movie Tag: The Assassination Game. He met his future (first) wife, Linda Hamilton on the set. The union produced one child, Dalton Bruce (born October 4, 1989) (who can be seen in Terminator II as "Infant John Connor").
Bruce and Linda divorced circa 1989. That same year, on the Dallas, Texas, set of the TV movie Trapped, Abbott met actress Kathleen Quinlan. They married April 12, 1994 and have 1 son, Tyler Quinlan (born October 17, 1990).
Throughout his career, Abbott has been a guest star on many TV series Murder She Wrote, Family Law, Diagnosis: Murder, and more. He had a recurring role in the short-lived series The Net, based on the film of the same title starring Sandra Bullock.
Abbott is semi-retired from acting. He is an architect and artist and works in the custom-design industry. He has designed his last two homes.

Stephen Lee was born in Englewood New Jersey in 1955. Having lived in Europe the first 15 years of his life Stephen comes from a casino background. His father selling and making slot machines. Stephen started acting when he came to the U.S in 1970 and eventually getting a partial scholarship to Avila College in Kansas City, Missouri. He has appeared in over 200 TV shows, 5 TV series and over 20 pilots. He has also played in 39 movies including: La Bamba (1987), WarGames (1983), Purple Hearts (1984), RoboCop 2 (1990), The Negotiator (1998), Dolls (1987) and many others. He speaks English, German, French and Spanish. His interests include golf, tennis, horseback riding (when time permits) and biking around his Sherman Oaks, CA neighborhood. His recent guest stars are NCIS, Fear itself, Boston Legal (for which he received critical acclaim), Bones and Til' Death. Garrett Gonzalez Morris (born February 1, 1937 height 5' 8" (1,73 m)) is an Americancomedian and actor. He was part of the original cast of the sketch comedy program Saturday Night Live, appearing from 1975 to 1980.
Morris was a church-choir singer from his youth, trained at the Juilliard School of Music, and graduated from Dillard University in 1958. Early in his career, he soloed with the Harry Belafonte singers. He performed in a number of Broadwaymusicals, including Hallelujah, Baby! and Ain't Supposed to Die a Natural Death. He also appeared as a high school teacher in the 1975 film Cooley High. He had a small role as a police sergeant in The Anderson Tapes (1970). Morris also lived in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where he worked as a postal carrier.
Casey Siemaszko (born Kazimierz A. Siemaszko) is a Polish-American actor and the brother of actress Nina Siemaszko. The son of a fighter in the Polish Underground who survived the Sachsenhausen concentration camp, Siemaszko narrated the 1998 feature, The Polish-Americans. Siemaszko was a graduate of the Goodman School of Drama at DePaul University in Chicago, which his sister, Nina Siemaszko later also attended.
