Terrorists led by an android take over a nuclear plant and threaten to launch a missile at Washington. While the authorities desperately attempt to negotiate, the terrorists persue their real goal. Frank Zagarino (born December 19, 1959, in Los Angeles, California) is an American personal trainer and former actor, who starred in a number of low budget action movies.
Todd Jensen is an American character actor with an over 30 year career with over 60 credits to his name in film and television. Todd began his acting studies at prestigious acting institutes located on both east and west coasts of the United States, including the William Esper Studio in New York, the Joanne Baron Studio in Los Angeles, before studying improvisation at The Groundlings. Todd Jensen began his screen career in 1988. Appearing in various feature films Todd's most memorable films are "Thick as Thieves" with Morgan Freeman and Antonio Banderas & Echelon Conspiracy with Ving Rhames and Edward Burns. Entering the early2000s, Todd found steady work between small and big screens. He appeared in several creature/horror features including Sabertooth (2002) (TV), Raging Sharks (2005) (V), Mega Snake (2007) (TV) and Bats: Human Harvest (2007) (TV). As the 2000s began to wind down, Todd still maintained steady appearances in various colorful features including Copperhead (2008) (TV), Boogeyman 3 (2008) (V). The latter 2000s saw Todd again in television-made features and series sequels, among these being Messengers 2: The Scarecrow (2009) (V) as a banker, then he was part of a marooned space party in the Sci-Fi adventure Star Runners (2009) (TV), then played a US Marshal in Wrong Turn 3: Left for Dead (2009) (V). He has also made episodic appearances on "The Glades" (2010) and "Burn Notice" (2007) both in 2011. Outside of his own acting career, Todd has directed and produced. Gavin Hood (born 12 May 1963) is a South African filmmaker, screenwriter, producer and actor, best known for writing and directing the Academy Award-winning Foreign Language Film Tsotsi (2005). He is the director of the 20th Century Fox film X-Men Origins: Wolverine, released on 1 May 2009. He is currently working on a film about the 1925 serum run to Nome of Alaska and Balto, the sled dog that became a celebrity because of the run. Called Kings of the Trail. Film released in 2012.

Robin B. Smith is a South African former wrestling manager and actor. He is most famous for participating in the 2009 film Invictus. He was known in the WWF as the Commandant, who managed the South African Truth Commission for a short time in 1997.
Born in South Africa, his film career started in 1987 in the film Scavengers. He appeared in many South African movies throughout the late 1980s to the 2000s.
Wrestling career
Smith became a manager in professional wrestling in early 1997. Bret Hart visited South Africa and met Smith. Hart recommended him for a role in the World Wrestling Federation, however he never fought as a wrestler. Smith made his wrestling debut in Tennessee in the US Wrestling Association (USWA). He wrestled under the name Commandant, and managed a group of wrestlers including "Interrogator", "Tank" and "Recon" as the "Truth and Reconciliation Commission".
This tea won the USWA Tag Team Championship three times. In June 1997, the Truth Commission made their WWF debut. Smith made promos on WWF about the Truth Commission and attacking the United States for not having discipline. He was hated by the fans. "Sniper" replaced "Tank" on the commission. He was interviewed by Sunny, but scared her by yelling at her. During the summer of 1997 the group lost only to "Legion of Doom". In September, Smith was replaced by Don Callis, the "Jackyl"; the WWF wanted someone who could participate physically in the matches. Smith returned to South Africa, ending his wrestling career.
Acting
Smith appeared in 2006's The Fall, a film about Los Angeles based in the 1920s. In 2009 he played Johan De Villers in Invictus, about a South Africa rugby team fighting to win the 1995 Rugby World Cup.
Personal
As of 2011 he lived in South Africa, as a freelancer.
