The storm-swept and depopulated town of Leffert’s Corners has been terrorized for decades by grotesque creatures that breed in the depths beneath the local cemetery. A group of townspeople have hatched a last-ditch plan to destroy the ghoul-infested graveyard, but their mission is interrupted by the arrival of a band of violent thieves intent on retrieving money hidden in one of the graves.

Jon Finch (1941-2012) was an English actor noted for many Shakespearean roles. Perhaps his most notable role was Macbeth in Roman Polanski's film adaptation of Macbeth (1971).
Finch was born in Caterham, Surrey. He appeared in films such as the Alfred Hitchcock thriller Frenzy (1972), portraying a man wrongly accused of murder, Death on the Nile (1978), and in one of his last roles, a small part as the Catholic Patriarch of Jerusalem (Heraclius, though unnamed in the film) in the Ridley Scott film Kingdom of Heaven (2005). Decades earlier, Finch was cast as Kane in Ridley Scott's Alien, but had to drop out because of his diabetes. The role was eventually played by John Hurt.

Vincent Andrew Schiavelli (November 11, 1948 – December 26, 2005) was an American character actor and food writer noted for his work on stage, screen, and television, often described as "the man with the sad eyes." He was notable for his numerous supporting roles. Schiavelli was also well known for his height, standing 6 ft 6 in (1.98 m). He often attributed his unique facial appearance and great height to Marfan syndrome.

Allison Mackie was born on January 25, 1960 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA as Allison P. Mackie. She stands at 5' 5½" (1.66 m) and is the cousin of C. Courtney Joyner. She is an actress, known for Original Sin (2001), Those People (2015) and Sliver (1993). She graduated from Kenyon College in Gambier, Ohio. After graduating, she went to New York City and trained at the Neighborhood Playhouse School of the Theater and the Actor's Studio. While finishing her two years at the Neighborhood Playhouse, she teamed up with Joanne Woodward to start a small theater company called the Actor's Group of New York, with Allison Janney, Dylan McDermott, Mark Moses and writer Matthew Carnahan along with many other artists and designers including Natasha Katz.
Mantee was born Paul Marianetti in San Francisco, California. A journalism major at San Mateo Junior College, Mantee enlisted in the U.S. Navy for four years during the Korean War that made him decide on acting as a career. He graduated from the University of California, Berkeley.
His stage name was changed from an Italian-sounding name to the name of Humphrey Bogart's character in The Petrified Forest. He made a great number of guest appearances in well-known television shows and starred in a handful of films, including a cult classic, Robinson Crusoe on Mars. A restored version of the film was released in 2007 by The Criterion Collection. Mantee authored two novels, In Search of the Perfect Ravioli (Ballantine Books, 1991) and a semi-autobiographical Bruno of Hollywood (Ballantine Books, 1994).
Mantee, a longtime Malibu resident, died November 7, 2013 at a rehabilitation center in Canoga Park, California. He was survived by his wife, Suzy Davis Mantee.
