Brian Christopher O'Halloran (born December 20, 1969) is an American actor best known for his roles in Kevin Smith's View Askewniverse films, notably as Dante Hicks in Smith's debut film Clerks and its 2006 sequel, Clerks II. Aside from this, he has made small appearances in most of Smith's films, either as his Clerks character Dante Hicks or one of Dante's cousins.
O'Halloran was born in Manhattan, New York City, and lived in Old Bridge Township, New Jersey since the age of 13. A first-generation American, both his parents emigrated from Ireland. His father died when O'Halloran was 15 years old.
O'Halloran is the lead actor in Vulgar (2000), an obscure movie about a small town clown who is traumatized after he is attacked during one of his performances.
He has worked on theatre productions since high school. He has said on the subject of doing theatre:
“ Oh, yeah. It's the best training you can do, as an actor. To be in front of a live audience. There's no 'Stop, wait, oh geez, what was that line again?' It just sharpens your reflexes. It sharpens your interaction. And it definitely sharpens your memory because you have to know an entire show from beginning to end. ”
Since Clerks, O'Halloran has primarily been a stage actor, working with the Boomerang Theatre Company, the New Jersey Repertory Company and the Tri-State Actors Theatre, among others. He is currently a resident of Staten Island.

Jeffrey Allan "Jeff" Anderson (born April 21, 1970) is an American film actor, film director, and screenwriter best known for starring as Randal Graves in Clerks and Clerks II. In between, he has appeared in other Kevin Smith-directed films and has written, directed, and starred in Now You Know.

Marilyn comes from a Puerto Rican family background in New York, born the middle child to Jeronimo and Luisa Ghigliotti and raised in NY, Long Island and New Jersey with her siblings, Evelyn and Leonardo. Of course there's a lot of spunk and attitude. This Jersey New Yorican had to learn to survive many moves and changes in surrounding cultures.
Marilyn got started late when it comes to acting. While going through some life challenges, she decided to study acting at the Actors Training Institute in Red Bank New Jersey with John Eyd, a member of the Actors Studio in New York, where he brought those same acting techniques to New Jersey.
After studying for about 2 years, Marilyn then felt confident enough to start auditioning in the community theater circuit in Southern New Jersey, appearing in many classic plays. After appearing in her first production, standing on that stage where people were actually listening to her words instead of being ignored as most middle children feel, she was hooked. During one of these many plays, is also where she met Brian O'Halloran before the two auditioned and landed their parts in Kevin Smith's iconic film Clerks.
Since moving to LA, Marilyn has worked in salons and as a freelance hair and makeup artist. She also has worked both in front and behind the camera in many aspects of the filmmaking business to learn as much as possible.

Scott Schiaffo was born in Passaic, New Jersey. Independent film fans know him best as the "Chewlies Gum Guy" from Kevin Smith's 1994 independent cult classic "Clerks".
Schiaffo is an actor/musician who plays guitar, keyboards, bass, and harmonica. Schiaffo has appeared in several feature films as well as many shorts since his big screen debut in the seminal cult comedy "Clerks".
He's appeared alongside Michael DeLorenzo in "The Garden State", Selma Blair in "The Broccoli Theory" and Ethan Suplee in "Vulgar" He was featured in the View Askew produced - Lions Gate distributed motion picture "Vulgar". Schiaffo and many of his Clerks cast mates were featured in AMC's Comic Book Men Season 3 EP 11 "Pinheads".
Schiaffo released a book of collected poetry and short stories called "Vicious Dogs Attack Me in Sleepless Nights of Summer" and in 2020 the Audible version read by the author was released worldwide.
Schiaffo released an audio CD called "The Shoestring Serenade" which is a collection of instrumental film music culled from over 2 decades of original film music he composed & produced. Proceeds from the sale of this collection go to the Angels of Animals rescue in Clifton, New Jersey.
In 2021 Schiaffo was tapped to reprise his role as the Chewlies Gum Rep in Kevin Smith's much anticipated sequel film Clerks III. See less
