Allegedly based on a true story, this film follows the life of Toshi, a Japanese man living in America and working with the New York City police. After being recommended for undercover work, Toshi decides to go after a gang lead by Hawk. Hawk and Toshi soon become friends, although Hawk's second-in-command, Tito, is suspicious of the newcomer. Will Toshi be able to bring the gang down, or will his cover be blown before he can finish the assignment?

Toru Nakamura
Toru Nakamura (仲村 トオル Nakamura Tōru, born September 5, 1965) is a Japanese actor. His real name is Tōru Nakamura (中村 亨 Nakamura Tōru).
Nakamura co-starred in Bok Geo-il's 2009 Lost Memories along with Jang Dong-gun and in Lou Ye's Purple Butterfly with Zhang Ziyi and Liu Ye.
He co-starred in Junji Sakamoto's 2010 film Strangers in the City with Manami Konishi.
Chadwick S. "Chad" McQueen (born December 28, 1960) was an American actor, film producer, martial artist and race car driver. He was born in Los Angeles, California to actor Steve McQueen and Filipino-born actress Neile Adams.
McQueen began his career as an actor, playing the character Dutch in The Karate Kid and The Karate Kid Part II. His further acting work included main roles in direct-to-video action films including Martial Law, Death Ring, and Red Line. He also worked as a producer, winning a Telly Award for his documentary Filming at Speed. After his retirement from acting, McQueen appeared as himself on various television programs related to motorsports, including Hot Rod TV and Celebrity Rides.
Attempts were made to arrange for him to reprise his role as Dutch in the series Cobra Kai, but commitments to his company, McQueen Racing, and problems with his racing injuries, prevented this. He almost appeared in the show's final season before backing out due to scheduling conflicts.
McQueen dated Jill Henderson White Pasceri in the 1980s, a USEF Equestrian rider and horse trainer. He was married to Stacia Toten from 1987 to 1990. The couple had a son, Steven R. McQueen (b. 1988), also an actor. McQueen married Jeanie Galbraith in 1993.[
McQueen died from organ failure at his ranch in Palm Desert, California on September 11, 2024, at the age of 63. According to a friend, Arthur Barens, McQueen had never fully recovered from an injury he sustained in a fall in 2020.

Conan Lee Yuen-Ba (李元霸) is a film actor and martial artist born in Hong Kong in 1959. His family moved to Queens, New York, where he grew up as Lloyd Hutchinson. After high school, he moved to California to be an actor. There, Hong Kong actor Fung Yi introduced him to a few producers including Ng See-Yuen (吳思遠). In 1982, he starred in Ninja in the Dragon's Den (龍之忍者).

Manny moved back to NY in 1980 where he began working as a health club and martial art instructor. His martial art background is the universal element which ties together all the components to his diversified career of stunt coordinating, stunt work, writing, 2nd unit directing, acting and mambo dancing. He began his martial art training in 1970 at the age of 10. Over the years he has accumulated a martial art background in Tae Kwon-Do, Boxing, Kick-Boxing, Kali, Grappling and Wing Chun. He has used his martial arts training in physical fitness, bouncing, writing, film work and dancing. Eric Lutes (born August 19, 1962) is an American actor, best known for his role of Del Cassidy on Caroline in the City and as Jake Carlson on So Little Time alongside the Olsen Twins and again with them in Switching Goals. His career started with several commercial spots. He then moved to New York and appeared in many off-Broadway productions before finally making the move to Los Angeles where he landed the role on Caroline in the City. He also played the KACL station manager, Tom Duran in the second season of Frasier and has appeared in numerous TV movies.
Lutes was born in Woonsocket, Rhode Island and raised in Charlestown, Rhode Island, the son of Claire, an astrologer and psychiatric nurse, and John Lutes, an artist. He attended Chariho Regional High School where he was a member of the Chariho Boys Track Team. Lutes married Christine Romeo in 1990. They divorced in 2006. He also guest-starred on The Suite Life of Zack and Cody as Harry O'Neal, a Tipton guest who conned the Tipton staff into giving him free stuff.
