Condominium residents are terrified when they learn that two of their neighbors have been brutally raped and that the culprit may be living in their midst. A police manhunt ensues. One officer, who actually lives in the complex, is particularly troubled, for not only do the incidents cause his wife to admit that she was a victim of date rape, he is also the one who had a chance to kill the rapist and didn't.

Hart Matthew Bochner (born October 3, 1956) is a Canadian film actor, screenwriter, director, and producer.
Bochner was born in Toronto, Ontario, the son of Ruth (née Roher), a concert pianist, and actor Lloyd Bochner.
Bochner appeared in such films as Islands in the Stream (1977), Breaking Away (1979), Terror Train (1980), Rich and Famous (1981), Supergirl (1984) and Die Hard (1988). He portrayed a cold-blooded killer in Apartment Zero (1988) and also starred in Urban Legends: Final Cut (2000). Among the films he has directed are PCU and High School High. He also starred in a key role as Byron Henry in the 1988 ABC miniseries War and Remembrance.
He is a board member of the Environmental Media Awards.
He starred as Zach, boyfriend of Molly Kagan (Debra Messing), on USA Network's The Starter Wife.

Peter Brett Cullen (born August 26, 1956) is an American actor who has appeared in numerous motion pictures and television programs. Early in 2007, he was cast as the role of an estranged father to one of the American football players, Tim Riggins (played by actor Taylor Kitsch), in the NBC drama series Friday Night Lights.
Cullen was born in Houston, Texas, the son of Lucien Hugh Cullen, an oil industry executive, and Catherine Cullen. He graduated from Madison High School in Houston in 1974. Cullen graduated from the University of Houston, giving great credit to his highly acclaimed acting mentor and University of Houston professor, Cecil Pickett, who also mentored such Houston born actors as Dennis Quaid, Randy Quaid, & Brent Spiner among others. Cullen and Dennis Quaid's close friendship to this day dates back to the 1970s and it is Cullen who introduced Dennis Quaid to his current wife, Kimberly Buffington at a dinner in Austin, Texas.
Cullen played Dan Fixx in the 1980s CBS drama Falcon Crest for two seasons (1986–1988) and Marshal Sam Cain in the ABC western series The Young Riders for one season (1989–1990). In 1980, he appeared as the second Gideon Chisholm in the last nine episodes of the CBS western miniseries The Chisholms. In the four earlier episodes, the Gideon Chisholm role was played by Brian Kerwin. Cullen was the lead actor as Ned Logan in the short-lived Legacy, which lasted for just one season (1998–1999). On the series The West Wing Cullen played Ray Sullivan, a fictional governor of West Virginia and the Republican nominee for Vice President.
His guest appearances on TV include: The Incredible Hulk, Tales from the Crypt, MAS*H, V, Matlock, Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, Ally McBeal, Walker, Texas Ranger, Once and Again, Without a Trace, Cold Case, The Mountain, Monk, CSI: Miami, NCIS, Desperate Housewives, Pepper Dennis, Lost, Ghost Whisperer, Private Practice, Ugly Betty, and Friday Night Lights. He has played two real-life astronauts, Jack Lousma in Apollo 13 (Brett is the CapCom at the time of the explosion; at that shift Lousma was the CapCom in real life) and David Scott in the HBO mini-series From the Earth to the Moon.
His most recent appearance was in the role of Barton Blaze in the movie Ghost Rider. Other movie credits include Wyatt Earp (with Kevin Costner), Gambler V: Playing for Keeps (with Kenny Rogers and Bruce Boxleitner), Something to Talk About (with Julia Roberts and Dennis Quaid), The Replacements (with Gene Hackman), On Golden Pond (with Julie Andrews and Christopher Plummer), Nancy Drew, and Gridiron Gang. Darr was born Lisa Darr Grabemann in Chicago, Illinois, the daughter of Mollie, an actress, and Karl Grabemann, a lawyer. She attended Stanford University and graduated in 1985 with a degree in Biology; she went on to receive an MFA in Acting from UCLA.
She played Annie Whitman on ABC's Life As We Know It. Darr's previous television appearances include The WB's teenage drama, Popular, as Jane McPherson as well as the short-lived but critically acclaimed 1996 Fox series Profit as Gail Koner. In the fifth season of the show Ellen, she played Laurie Manning, the girlfriend of the title character, Ellen Morgan; this was notable as the first openly gay relationship involving a major character in an American television series.
Darr also made an appearance on the Fox drama House in 2006, playing a victim's mother in the episode "Distractions". Tom Nowicki is an American actor who has appeared in several feature films, television series, mini-series and movies of the week. He is a member of the Actors' Equity Association and the Screen Actors' Guild who is best remembered for his lead appearance on RollerJam (1999–2001) and also appeared in the television pilot of L.A. Confidential. Nowicki received his Bachelor of Arts degree of Yale University in 1979 and received dramatic training at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art in 1987. He also spent time as a professional wrestler from 1983 to 1986 as "Lord Larry Oliver" in the Dixie Wrestling Alliance.[2] Among his many television appearances as either a guest star or recurring roles, his lengthiest role as a regular came from 1999 to 2001 as a lead on The New TNN's (now Spike TV's) modern-day roller derby program RollerJam as "Kenneth Loge III", the World Skating League general manager, Florida Sundogs manager and subsequent league commissioner who stood for moral decency and campaigned against sex and violence in the league.
