Karen Blanche Black (née Ziegler; July 1, 1939 – August 8, 2013) was an American actress, screenwriter, singer, and songwriter. She rose to prominence for her work in various studio and independent films in the 1970s, frequently portraying eccentric and offbeat characters, and established herself as a figure of New Hollywood. Her career spanned over 50 years and includes nearly 200 credits in both independent and mainstream films. Black received numerous accolades throughout her career, including two Golden Globe Awards, as well as an Academy Award nomination for Best Supporting Actress. A native of suburban Chicago, Black studied theater at Northwestern University before dropping out and relocating to New York City. She performed on Broadway in 1965 before making her major film debut in Francis Ford Coppola's You're a Big Boy Now (1966). Black relocated to California and was cast as an acid-tripping prostitute in Dennis Hopper's road film Easy Rider (1969). That led to a lead in the drama Five Easy Pieces (1970), in which she played a hopeless beautician, for which she was nominated for an Academy Award and won a Golden Globe for Best Supporting Actress. Black made her first major commercial picture with the disaster film Airport 1975 (1974), and her subsequent appearance as Myrtle Wilson in The Great Gatsby (1974) won her a second Golden Globe for Best Supporting Actress. Black starred as a glamorous country singer in Robert Altman's ensemble musical drama Nashville (1975), also writing and performing two songs for the soundtrack, which won a Grammy Award for Best Score Soundtrack. Her portrayal of an aspiring actress in John Schlesinger's drama The Day of the Locust (also 1975) earned her a third Golden Globe nomination, this time for Best Actress. She subsequently took on four roles in Dan Curtis' anthology horror film Trilogy of Terror (1975), followed by Curtis's supernatural horror feature, Burnt Offerings (1976). The same year, she starred as a con artist in Alfred Hitchcock's final film, Family Plot. In 1982, Black starred as a trans woman in the Robert Altman-directed Broadway debut of Come Back to the Five and Dime, Jimmy Dean, Jimmy Dean, a role she also reprised in Altman's subsequent film adaptation. She next starred in the comedy Can She Bake a Cherry Pie? (1983), followed by Tobe Hooper's remake of Invaders from Mars (1986). For much of the late 1980s and 1990s, Black starred in a variety of arthouse, independent, and horror films, as well as writing her own screenplays. She had a leading role as a villainous mother in Rob Zombie's House of 1000 Corpses (2003), which cemented her status as a cult horror icon. She continued to star in low-profile films throughout the early 2000s, as well as working as a playwright before her death from ampullary cancer in 2013. Noriyuki 'Pat' Morita (June 28, 1932 – November 24, 2005) was an American actor of Japanese descent who was well-known for playing the role of Matsuo "Arnold" Takahashi on Happy Days and as Mr. Miyagi in the The Karate Kid movie series, in which he was nominated for the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor in 1984.

Teri Weigel is a former porn star and a centerfold model from Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. She began modeling while in her teens, appearing in the Saks Fifth Avenue catalog among other venues. Weigel appeared on the cover of the November 1985 issue of Playboy, and was the Playboy Playmate for April 1986. She subsequently had several minor roles in mainstream film. Weigel was in a car accident in August 1990, in which she suffered severe neck and back injuries that required five operations. Unable to work for four months due to her injuries, she and her husband were forced to sell their home and move into an apartment. During production on a nude video that was one of Weigel's last projects for Playboy, a co-worker suggested doing adult movies to earn money. Initially dismissive of the idea, Weigel eventually reconsidered. Her first film was Inferno in 1991, in which she costarred with Marc Wallice. After she became the first Playboy Playmate to cross over into porn, the publisher terminated its relationship with her, as Playmates who do porn are not allowed to represent the company. She also worked for a time at the Bunny Ranch Nevada brothel until September 1998.

Acting came to Stephen Quadros almost by default. He originally moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career as a drummer, where he achieved local success and radio airplay with the band SNOW, which featured Carlos Cavazo (Quiet Riot, Ratt) on guitar. Stephen was even flown to New York to audition for the group KISS. But when repetitive hand injuries aborted his percussive pursuits, Quadros dove into acting, studying with a variety of respected teachers, including: Cameron Watson, William Alderson, Stella Adler, Milton Justice, Arthur Mendoza, Scott Bernstein, Michelle Danner and Mark Haining. As an actor Quadros has starred, guest-starred or co-starred in over 50 films and television shows, working with such Hollywood luminaries as Bryan Cranston, Kathryn Bigelow, Miles Teller, Nicolas Winding Refn, John Hawkes, Cuba Gooding Jr., Peter Falk, David Caruso, Blair Underwood, Traci Lords and Angela Lansbury. Stephen Quadros is also a martial arts expert, specializing in kickboxing and mixed martial arts (MMA), areas where he has been a practitioner, teacher and trainer for over 20 years. Because of his combined talents, Stephen appeared in and served as fight technical advisor for "Cradle 2 the Grave (2003)", starring Jet Li, Mark Dacascos and DMX ("Cradle 2 The Grave" hit the theaters in February 2003 and went to #1). Grant's first feature film role was in 1980, when he starred in the horror film New Year's Evil. It wasn't until 1984, his big role came in the 1984 cult comedy film Hardbodies in which he played Scotty Palmer. His other big film was the cult classic 1988 Killer Klowns from Outer Space. He appeared in the 2001 film Mach 2. His most recent appearance was in the 2009 movie Follow the Prophet. Grant has starred on television shows, his first TV role was in the 1982 made-for-television movie Desperate Lives as a teen drug user. He starred in the hit CBS soap opera The Young and the Restless as the psychotic stalker Shawn Garrett from 1985-1986. He later returned to the soap in 1996 to play Adam Hunter, a love interest for Ashley Abbott. Grant has made guest appearances on television shows like The Facts of Life, Rags to Riches, and Murder, She Wrote. In recent years, Grant has turned his attention to writing, producing and directing. A short film he wrote, produced and directed, "Say Goodnight, Michael", won numerous awards including the Grand Jury Award at the New York Independent Film and Video festival. In 2008, he created and executive produced the VH1 series, "Old Skool with Terry and Gita", which is currently airing in over 20 countries internationally. Recently, he produced and directed the first-ever "cooking show for guys" called, "Cooking is For Play." Currently, he is producing an Action-Adventure, Horror 3D film called, The Fallen which, will be directed by Brett Leonard (Lawnmower Man) and stars Dominic Purcell, Vinnie Jones and Peter Stormare.
