Drug enforcement officer Mark Stevens busts dealer Jack Kinney which in turn brings down supplier Vinnie Esteban. Both Stevens and Esteban find themselves up against Columbian drug king Domingo Mortera.

In 1984 he acted in Savage Streets where he again acted alongside Linda Blair. In 1988 he starred in the horror movie Maniac Cop. During the eighties he participated in several films.

Starting in the mid 1970's he became involved in the local film industry there as an actor and casting director, often responsible for finding as many Anglo-looking locals to play non-Filipino roles in local productions. He can also be seen in numerous bigger-budget American Vietnam War films made including APOCALYPSE NOW and PLATOON, often playing American soldiers.
