Hadley Kay (born 1973) is a Canadian born voice actor who appeared in the first two Care Bears movies: as the voice of magician Nicholas in The Care Bears Movie and as the villain Dark Heart in Care Bears Movie II: A New Generation.
Kay also appeared in Superman II, the Star Wars inspired animated series Ewoks, Inspector Gadget, and some of the earliest The Raccoons specials as the character Tommy. Then in season 3, he would play Bix Wheelie in one episode as a guest role.
He even guest-voiced Scooby-Doo for the 1997 episodes of Cartoon Network's Johnny Bravo. His other television credits include guest appearances in The Littlest Hobo (the 2-part episode, "The Five Labours of Hercules" (1983)), Bizarre (TV series), and Kung Fu: The Legend Continues.
Chris Wiggins (born January 13, 1930) is an English actor.
He started out as a banker in his home country before he began his acting career in Canada, where he moved in 1952.
Wiggins is probably best recognized for his role as Jack Marshak, the benevolent, resourceful expert on the occult in the syndicated television horror show Friday the 13th: The Series, and which ran from 1987 to 1990. Another well known role was Johann Robinson (Father) on Swiss Family Robinson.
He won a Canadian Film Award in 1969 for best Actor for his role in The Best Damn Fiddler from Calabogie to Kaladar.
In addition to his television and film work, Wiggins was also a very popular radio actor, making over 1,200 appearances in various series over the years, particularly on CBC Radio. One of his most popular roles was that of Dante, the insufferably brilliant (and insufferably arrogant) computer that ran the Aleph-9: the high-speed interdimensional spacecraft belonging to Johnny Chase: Secret Agent of Space. Wiggins' also made numerous guest appearances on such CBC Radio programs as CBC Playhouse, Nightfall, Vanishing Point and dozens of others.
Wiggins also lent his voice to many animated TV series and movies. He was the voice of The Mighty Thor on the 1966 The Marvel Super Heroes series, the voice of Will Scarlet on Rocket Robin Hood, the Great Wishing Star in 1986's Care Bears Movie II: A New Generation, and the Care Bears' head villain, No Heart, on the Nelvana version of their TV show. He also voiced the character Dimetro in the '80s cartoon Dinosaucers. His other roles in animated series and films included ALF Tales, Star Wars: Droids, Rock & Rule, Star Wars: Ewoks, Babar, Rupert, Richard Scarry, Franklin and Redwall. Most recently, Wiggins appeared in the 2005 Showtime original picture, Our Fathers.

Cree Summer Francks (born July 7, 1969), best known as Cree Summer, is an African-Canadian Aboriginal actress, musician and voice actress. She is perhaps best known for her role as college student Winifred "Freddie" Brooks on the NBC sitcom A Different World. As a voice actress Summer is best known for voicing Astros Chamber on the reality dating show Cosmic Love, Penny in Inspector Gadget during Season 1, Elmyra Duff in Tiny Toon Adventures, Susie Carmichael in Rugrats and All Grown Up, Princess Kida in Atlantis: The Lost Empire, Valerie Gray in Danny Phantom, Foxxy Love in Drawn Together, Numbuh 5 and Cree Lincoln in Codename: Kids Next Door, and Cleo the Dog in Clifford the Big Red Dog.

Alyson Georgina Court (born November 9, 1973) is a Canadian actress who first appeared in the 1985 children's film Sesame Street Presents Follow That Bird, and played summer camper Dawn in the animated film The Care Bears Movie II: A New Generation the following year. She also played Loonette the Clown, the lead character of the Canadian children's television series, The Big Comfy Couch, from 1992 to 2003. Alyson has also been the only actress to voice Claire Redfield, in the Resident Evil series, having voiced her in Resident Evil 2, Resident Evil Code: Veronica, the CG animation movie Resident Evil: Degeneration, and Resident Evil: The Darkside Chronicles. In addition, she returned to the series in 2003, but did not voice Claire, and instead directed the voice-over and motion capture portions of the spin-off title, Resident Evil Outbreak.
Up until recently, she was the host of the morning children's programming block on CBC, Kids' CBC. In addition, Court appeared as herself on Mr. Dressup from 1984-1994.

Sunny Besen Thrasher (born December 13, 1976 in Toronto, Ontario) was a Canadian child actor who starred as Paul Edison in Nelvana's live-action series, The Edison Twins, and supplied voices in the first two Care Bears movies.
He also played Max in both the film and TV series of My Pet Monster and voiced Reggie Mantle in The New Archies as well as several characters in the Care Bears television show, Garbage Pail Kids, Ultraforce and Babar.
Sunny has also guest appeared in several television shows such as Katts and Dog, Alfred Hitchcock Presents and Maniac Mansion.
During the early 1990s Sunny was the host of The Rocky Horror Picture Show presentation shown weekly Saturday nights at 11:30pm at The Bloor Cinema in Toronto. Sunny would often be found performing hi-jinks at the start of the show to 'initiate virgins' to the experience. Once Sunny left the production following the Halloween 2000 performance, it did not survive long without his presence.
Despite his short stature (4ft10"), his voice is often heard clearly at home games of the Toronto FC, chanting such cheers as "Oh, When The Reds!" and "Oh, Danny Dichio!". He currently works as a content supervisor at a local television station.

William Frank Ryan (May 21, 1949 – November 19, 2021) was an American voice actor and producer–writer–composer, well-known for singing about the American West. In the late seventies he teamed up with Phil Baron as Willio and Phillio. They had regular gigs on television, radio and comedy clubs and universities throughout the US. Ryan and Baron later paired up again voicing characters of best friends Teddy Ruxpin (Baron) and Grubby the Octopede (Ryan) in the Teddy Ruxpin book and tape series as well as the 1987 television show The Adventures of Teddy Ruxpin.
The Willio and Phillio act brought Ryan back into music and after moving to California, he began to write and record songs for Disney. He provided the voice of Rabbit, Tigger, and Eeyore in the Disney Channel's long-running series Welcome to Pooh Corner and in many other Pooh cartoons. He also provided the voice of Barnaby the Dog on the popular series Dumbo's Circus.
