Alex Norton is a Scottish television, film and voice actor. He is perhaps best known for his roles as DCI Matt Burke in the STV detective drama series Taggart, and Eric Baird in BBC Two sitcom Two Doors Down. He played eleven roles in Bill Douglas' 1986 film Comrades and has starred in the key films of Bill Forsyth (Gregory's Girl, Local Hero and Comfort and Joy) as well as big Hollywood productions like Braveheart, White Hunter Black Heart and Patriot Games. He was one of the founder members of the 7:84 company, touring Scotland with The Cheviot, the Stag, and the Black Black Oil in the 1970s.

D'Arcy first appeared in Rab C. Nesbitt and then he later appeared as Pete the Jakey on Still Game. His most recent appearance was on the Christmas special of British comedy show Outnumbered as Mack, a friend of Grampa.

P.H. Moriarty is a British actor best known for playing hard men and gangsters. He began acting late in life, having worked for many years in several professions including a boxer and a longshoresman. It was whilst working in the latter role that his film career started; a production company, shooting on the docks spotted him one day and asked him to act in their film. Moriarty's film credits include Guy Ritchie's feature film debut Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels, The Long Good Friday, Jaws 3-D and the Western-inspired sci-fi film Outland (1981). He also has starred in various British television programmes and TV movies.

Jimmy Yuill is an actor, born in 1959, in Golspie, Scotland. He is a member of the Royal Shakespeare Company and later joined the Renaissance Theatre Company. He has appeared in many of Kenneth Branagh's films. His most recent work saw him play the Chief Constable in "The Raven" along side John Cusack. Yuill was also the music composer for A Midwinter's Tale and Swan Song. Most of his acting work has been in theatre, although he has played police officers on television; he is best remembered for the character Doug Kersey in the British television show Wycliffe. In June 2006 Jimmy made his first appearance in EastEnders as the recurring character Victor Brown. In October 2007, Yuill took the lead in Sophocles' Antigone as Creon, King of Thebes at The Tron Theatre, Glasgow. In 2010, he was nominated for the award of Best Male Performance for his role in a play adaption of the Testament of Cresseid by the Critics Award for Theatre in Scotland.
