In Kansas during the middle of the Civil War, John Golden is left for dead and his family has been killed by the ruthless Confederate outlaw William Quantrill. Rescued by runaway slave Joshua Brown, Golden is determined to get revenge. With the help of a legendary gunfighter and a special gun, Golden must not only deal with Quantrill and his men, but has to dodge General Custer and his army, as well.

Carl Franklin (born April 11, 1949) is an American actor, screenwriter and film and television director. Franklin is a graduate of University of California, Berkeley and continued his education at the AFI Conservatory, where he graduated with an M.F.A. degree in directing in 1986. Franklin is most noted for Devil in a Blue Dress, which was based on the book by Walter Mosley and starred Denzel Washington and Don Cheadle.

Robert John Davi (born June 26, 1953) is an American actor and singer. He played roles such as Vietnam veteran and Special Agent Johnson in Die Hard the villainous, singing Fratelli brother, Jake, in The Goonies, and Al Torres in the cult classic Showgirls. Davi is probably best recognized, however, for his role as the drug lord Franz Sanchez in the 1989 James Bond film Licence to Kill, and on television as Agent Baily Malone in 88 episodes of his own NBC series, Profiler. Classically trained as a singer, in 2011 Davi launched his singing career, singing Frank Sinatra classics.
Keir Atwood Dullea (born May 30, 1936) is an American actor best known for the character of astronaut David Bowman, whom he portrayed in the 1968 film 2001: A Space Odyssey and in 1984's 2010: The Year We Make Contact, as well as his roles in the films Bunny Lake is Missing (1965) and Black Christmas (1974).
Harold Rowe Holbrook Jr. (February 17, 1925 – January 23, 2021) was an American actor, television director, and writer. He first received critical acclaim in 1954 for a one-man stage show he developed, Mark Twain Tonight!, performing as Mark Twain, while studying at Denison University. He won the Tony Award for Best Actor in a Play in 1966 for his portrayal of Twain. He would continue to perform his signature role for over 60 years, only retiring the show in 2017 due to his failing health. Throughout his career, he also won five Primetime Emmy Awards for his work on television and was nominated for an Academy Award for his work in film.
Holbrook made his film debut in Sidney Lumet's The Group (1966). He later gained international fame for his performance as Deep Throat in the 1976 film All the President's Men. He played Abraham Lincoln in the 1976 miniseries Lincoln and 1985 miniseries North and South. He also appeared in such films as Julia (1977), The Fog (1980), Creepshow (1982), Wall Street (1987), The Firm (1993), Hercules (1997), and Men of Honor (2000).
Holbrook's role as Ron Franz in Sean Penn's Into the Wild (2007) earned him both Academy Award and Screen Actors Guild Award nominations for Best Supporting Actor. In 2009, Holbrook received critical acclaim for his performance as recently retired farmer Abner Meecham in the independent film That Evening Sun. He also portrayed Francis Preston Blair in Steven Spielberg's Lincoln (2012).
In 2003, Holbrook was honored with the National Humanities Medal by President George W. Bush.

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia. Michele Carey (February 26, 1943 – November 21, 2018) was an American actress. She was also a child piano prodigy and a model. Touted as a discovery of Howard Hawks, she made her film debut in Hawks' El Dorado (1966), starring John Wayne and Robert Mitchum. She went on to co-star in the Elvis Presley musical Live a Little, Love a Little (1968), The Sweet Ride (1968), and played an anachronistically miniskirted Indian girl in Frank Sinatra's Dirty Dingus Magee (1970). That same year she also made Five Savage Men with Henry Silva and Keenan Wynn.
On television she did guest-starring roles on The Man from U.N.C.L.E. (1966), Mission Impossible (1969), It Takes a Thief (1970), and three episodes of The Wild Wild West ("The Night of the Feathered Fury", 1967 and the two-part "The Night of the Winged Terror" 1969) and held the title roll in the Jan 17, 1972 episode of Gunsmoke entitled Tara.
Fading from view in the early '70s, Carey staged a brief comeback in the mid-'80s in such films as In the Shadow of Kilimanjaro (1986). She also appeared as Crystal in a 1982 episode of the television series The Fall Guy.
