Mick Ford (born 1 August 1952; in Croydon, Surrey, England, United Kingdom) is a British actor, screenwriter and playwright, best known for his portrayal of intellectual convict Archer in the cinema version of Scum. He also played Chico Barnes in the TV series based on the Dick Francis racing thrillers. Ford was educated at John Ruskin Grammar School, Croydon, and was a member of the National Youth Theatre, along with appearing in the premiere of The Secret Rapture. Ford has written and starred in numerous British drama serials, theatrical productions, and has been used for many voiceovers and advertising campaigns. He had regular roles in the BBC drama series Silent Witness and Fish, and in the comedy Big Bad World. He has also written the critically acclaimed television dramas The Passion and William and Mary. Sir Nigel Barnard Hawthorne, CBE (5 April 1929 – 26 December 2001) was an English actor, perhaps best remembered for his role as Sir Humphrey Appleby, the Permanent Secretary in the 1980s sitcom Yes Minister and the Cabinet Secretary in its sequel, Yes, Prime Minister. For this role he would win four Bafta Awards during the 1980s in the 'Best Light Entertainment Performance' Category. In the 1990s He would win two more Bafta Awards, one as Best TV Actor for 'The Fragile Heart' and one as Best Film Actor for 'The Madness of King George'. Elphick was known in the UK for his trademark croaky voice and his work on British television, in particular his roles as the eponymous private investigator in the ITV series Boon and later Harry Slater in BBC's EastEnders. Elphick struggled with a highly publicised addiction to alcohol; at the height of his problem he admitted to consuming two litres of spirits a day, which contributed towards his death from a heart attack in 2002. David John Ryall (January 5, 1935 – December 25, 2014) was an English stage, film and television character actor. He had leading roles in Lytton's Diary and Goodnight Sweetheart, as well as memorable roles in Dennis Potter's The Singing Detective and Andrew Davies's adaptation of To Play the King. He also portrayed Billy Buzzle in the ITV sitcom Bless Me, Father and Frank in the BBC sitcom Outnumbered.

Born in Croydon, Surrey, Wood's first starring TV role was as Vic Brown, opposite Joanne Whalley and Susan Penhaligon, in the 1982 ITV drama series based on the novel A Kind of Loving. He has played Matt Kerr in Press Gang, DCI Gordon Wray in The Bill and Jack Morgan in London's Burning. He also played Captain Smollett in the 1990 TV film, Treasure Island (having previously played Dick in the 1977 BBC version). He has also appeared in a cameo as an Auton masquereading as a Roman commander in the Doctor Who episode The Pandorica Opens. Wood played the role of Blair in Mr. Palfrey of Westminster (1984–85), and Stephen Richford in an episode of the television series A Touch of Frost entitled "Dancing in the Dark" (2004). He was also in the television series Midsomer Murders, playing the role of Geoffrey Larkin in the episode "Secrets and Spies" (2009), and again in 2014, playing Johnny Linklater in the episode "Wild Harvest". Nick Stringer (born 10 August 1948 in Torquay, Devon) is an English actor. In a thirty year career, Stringer has appeared in numerous well-known British television shows, including The Bill, Open All Hours, Only Fools and Horses, Auf Wiedersehen, Pet, Coronation Street, Family Affairs, Minder, Johnny Jarvis, Butterflies and My Family. He also had a small part in the film, The Long Good Friday. Stringer appeared in the first two series of The New Statesman as the fictional Member of Parliament Bob Crippen, a Labour opponent of the Conservative Alan B'Stard. Other roles have included a cameo role in Goodnight Sweetheart in the episode "You're Driving Me Crazy" as an undercover detective, and as a deputy headmaster Mr Sullivan in Press Gang (mainly appearing in the first two seasons). He appeared in the BBC drama Holby City, in an episode entitled "Doctor's Dilemma", on 18 June 2008. Stringer lives in Swansea, Wales, and is married with two children. Stringer has also made two guest appearances in the BBC Sictom Only Fools and Horses, in the episodes Go West Young Man, as an australian man, and in Who Wants to Be a Millionaire, he plays Del's old business partner, Jumbo Mills. She is best known for her appearance in several controversial, sexually-explicit feature films in the mid- to late-1970s. She has also acted under her given name Charlotte Seeley (Alexandra being one of her middle names). She has often been mistaken for being French because of her fluency in the language and her appearance in several French films.
