Jennie Linden (born 8 December 1939) is an English actress. Linden was best known for her role in Women In Love (1969), and Hammer Horror classic Nightmare (1961).
Bernard Hill (17 December 1944 – 5 May 2024) was an English actor. He was known as a character actor of film, stage and television, having acted in nearly 130 projects. He is best known to British television viewers for playing Yosser Hughes in the groundbreaking 1982 TV series Boys from the Blackstuff. On film he has played Captain Edward John Smith in Titanic, King Théoden in The Lord of the Rings film trilogy, and the Warden of San Quentin Prison in the Clint Eastwood film True Crime. Hill is the only actor to have appeared in more than one of the three films awarded 11 Oscars, and one of only three actors to have starred in more than one film grossing more than $1 billion USD, namely: Titanic and The Return of the King (the others being Orlando Bloom who also starred in The Return of the King, as well as Pirates of the Caribbean and Johnny Depp who also starred in Pirates of the Caribbean, as well as Alice in Wonderland). Hill has appeared in three films which have won Best Picture: Gandhi, Titanic, and The Return of the King. Hill died on 5th May 2024 at the age of 79.

Paul Shane (19 June 1940 – 16 May 2013) was an English comedian and actor known for his television work, in particular playing Ted Bovis in Hi-de-Hi!, a 1980s BBC sitcom. Shane was born George Frederick Speight in Thrybergh near Rotherham in the West Riding of Yorkshire. He was a miner at Silverwood Colliery until he slipped on soap in the pit-head baths in 1967, resulting in double herniated discs. He was pensioned from the pit at 27. Two years later he became a professional entertainer. He already had 10 years' experience as a part-time entertainer in pubs and clubs in south Yorkshire. He was married to Dorothy Shortt. Frank has been an actor for over forty years, during which time he has done seasons with most of the major repertory companies in Britain, including Birmingham, Swansea. Salisbury, Hornchurch, Dundee, Worcester, York, Liverpool, Leatherhead, Watford. He has also appeared in ten World Premieres at the Warehouse Theatre, Croydon. In the West End, he appeared in Treasure Island and Trafford Tanzi at the Mermaid, Jeanne at Sadlers Wells, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat at the Westminster and Little Shop of Horrors at the Comedy. He toured the Middle and Far East with Derek Nimmo’s Company, in Key for Two by John Chapman, and Japan and the Philippines with Ken Hill’s Phantom of the Opera. Frank has made numerous television appearances including Nicholas Nickleby, The Professionals, The Famous Five, Mitch, Boon, Pressgang, Old Flames, Square Deal, Camomile Lawn, Resnick, The Chief, Finney, See-Saw, Michael Winner’s True Crimes, Undercover Heart, Holby City, EastEnders, Doctors (6 episodes), and The Bill (five times). His films include Buster and Stardust. Frank is married to ex-actress Jenny, and has two grown-up sons and a wonderful eight-year-old grandson.
