Raymond William Stacey Burr (May 21, 1917 – September 12, 1993) was a Canadian actor, primarily known for his title roles in the television dramas Perry Mason and Ironside. His early acting career included roles on Broadway, radio, television and in film, usually as the villain. He won two Emmy Awards in 1959 and 1961 for the role of Perry Mason, which he played for nine seasons between 1957 and 1966. His second hit series, Ironside, earned him six Emmy nominations, and two Golden Globe nominations. He is also known for his role as Steve Martin in both Godzilla, King of the Monsters! and Godzilla 1985. In addition to acting, Burr owned an orchid business and had begun to grow a vineyard. He was a collector of wines and art, and was very fond of cooking. After his death from cancer in 1993, Burr's personal life came into question as details of his known biography appeared to be unverifiable. Gradually, it was revealed that Burr had possibly contrived a life story that hid his homosexuality. Donald Poe Galloway (July 27, 1937 – January 8, 2009, Height: 6 feet 2 inches) was an American stage, film, and television actor, best known for his role as Detective Sergeant Ed Brown in the long-running series Ironside (1967–1975). He reprised the role for a TV film in 1993. He was also a politically active Libertarian and columnist. Galloway was born in Augusta, Kentucky. His parents moved to the county in Bracken County after the Great Flood of 1937 along the Ohio River the same year he was born. Galloway was a 1955 graduate of Bracken County High School, where he played varsity basketball, and a 1959 graduate of the University of Kentucky, where he studied drama. After graduating from college, Galloway moved to New York City to pursue a career in acting. He studied with renowned acting coach Herbert Berghof and appeared in several off-Broadway productions. In 1963, he made his Broadway debut in the play Bring Me a Warm Body. Galloway's big break came in 1967 when he was cast as Detective Sergeant Ed Brown in the NBC crime drama series Ironside. The show starred Raymond Burr as Robert Ironside, a wheelchair-bound police chief who solves crimes with the help of his team of detectives, including Brown. Ironside was a critical and commercial success, and Galloway remained with the show for its entire run. After Ironside ended, Galloway continued to act in television and film. He made guest appearances on popular shows such as Mork & Mindy, The A-Team, and Murder, She Wrote. He also appeared in the films The Poseidon Adventure (1972) and Death Wish II (1982). In addition to his acting career, Galloway was also a politically active Libertarian and columnist. He wrote a weekly column for the Manchester Union Leader newspaper in New Hampshire, in which he espoused his libertarian views. Galloway died in 2009 at the age of 71 from complications of a stroke. He is survived by his wife, Linda, and four children.

Henry Darrow is a Nuyorican (a New York-born Puerto Rican) character actor of stage and film known for his role as Manolito "Mano" Montoya on the 1960s television series, The High Chaparral. In film, Darrow played the corrupt and vengeful Trooper Hancock in The Hitcher. Darrow had already landed small parts in 12 movies and 75 television series when he won the role in a play titled The Wonderful Ice Cream Suit. This brought him to the attention of television producer David Dortort, who immediately recruited him for his television western series The High Chaparral, casting him as Manolito Montoya. Making its debut on American television in September 1967, it went on to last four seasons and was screened around the world. While on the show, both he and series' lead, Cameron Mitchell, became household names as the breakout stars of the show. Darrow is the first Latino actor to portray Zorro on television. He starred in the series Zorro and Son and also has provided the voice for the animated series of The New Adventures of Zorro. He replaced Efrem Zimbalist, Jr. as Zorro's father from 1990–1994, in the Family Channel's successful series, The New Zorro. During the 1970s and 1980s, he was seen in numerous guest starring television roles. In 1972, Darrow co-founded the Screen Actors Guild Ethnic Minority Committee with actors Ricardo Montalbán, Edith Diaz and Carmen Zapata. In 1974-75, Darrow portrayed police detective Manny Quinlan in the first season of Harry O, starring David Janssen. The character was killed off at the end of the first season in a re-tooling of the series. In 1986, he appeared in the horror film The Hitcher as Trooper Hancock, a ruthless and vengeful policeman who would go above the law to kill the main protagonist (who was framed for the crimes by the main antagonist). Darrow replaced Efrem Zimbalist Jr. as Zorro's father Don Alejandro de la Vega in the 1990s television series Zorro.

Scott Hylands is a Canadian stage, film and television actor, best known for playing Detective Kevin 'O. B.' O'Brien on the television police drama series Night Heat from 1985 to 1989. He's a graduate with a BA in Theatre and English from the University of British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada, in 1964. After moving to the USA, he became one of the original company members of the American Conservatory Theatre in San Francisco, California, appearing in over 20 productions. Over the next 15 years, he accumulated an impressive and long list of credits in Los Angeles based film and television as well as a strong profile in the theatre community, appearing often at the Mark Taper Forum, the Los Angeles Shakespeare Festival, and Theatricum Bottanicum. He returned to Canada in 1981, kept working in theatres across Canada, and appeared in innumerable film and television projects.
Aliza Gur was born Aliza Gross in Ramat Gan, Israel, in 1944. She was Miss Israel of 1960 in the Miss Universe pageant, placing in the top 15. Her parents had fled Germany during the rise to power of Nazi leader Adolf Hitler and they eventually settled in Israel, where she and her brother were born. She emigrated to the US in her 20s and settled in California, where she began her film and television career. Her television credits include guest appearances on Get Smart(1965) and The Wild Wild West (1965), among other shows. Her film credits include From Russia with Love (1963), Kill a Dragon (1967) and the cult vampire film Beast of Morocco(1968) (she was also, at 12 years of age, an extra in The Ten Commandments (1956). Her parents came to the United States and settled in Cleveland, Ohio, for a time. They passed away in the mid-'70s.
