Knowing the railroad is coming, Carter is after the rancher's land. Bob and Chito return just in time to save Banker Stockton and his money from Carter's men. When Stockton then lends the ranchers money, Carter has them burned out. Bob knows Carter is responsible and when Carter's henchman Saunders is recognized, Bob goes into action.

Steve Brodie (November 21, 1919 — January 9, 1992) was an American movie and television actor.
Born as John Stevenson in El Dorado, Kansas, he reportedly selected his screen name in tribute to Steve Brodie, who jumped from the Brooklyn Bridge in 1886 and survived.
Most of his acting work was from the mid 1940s to the early 1950s working at MGM, RKO and Republic Pictures appearing mostly in westerns and B-movies. He mainly played supporting roles in films such as the film noir classic Out of the Past (1947) and the classic crime film Armored Car Robbery (1950), although he did have the starring role in Desperate (1947). He later appeared with Elvis Presley in Blue Hawaii (1961) and Roustabout (1964).
Beginning in the mid-1950s he appeared largely on television, including, for instance, The Public Defender, three episodes of Alfred Hitchcock Presents, and in the episode "Vendetta" of the syndicated western series Pony Express. He and Sterling Holloway appeared in the 1960 episode "Love Me, Love My Dog" of the syndicated crime drama The Brothers Brannagan.

Harry Woods was born on May 5, 1889 in Cleveland, Ohio, as Harry Lewis Woods. He was an actor, known for Monkey Business (1931), Road to Rio (1947) and Days of Jesse James (1939). He was married to Helen P. He died on December 28, 1968 in Los Angeles, California.

Alabama native Carol Forman (born Maude Carolyn Sawls) began acting as a child in school plays. While a teenager, her family moved to Memphis. By the mid-1940s, she found her way to Los Angeles, where she began appearing in small community theatre productions. This eventually led to a movie contract in 1946. Forman went to appear in feature films and movie serials where she was best known for playing villains such as the titular role of Sombra in "The Black Widow" (1947).
Raymond William Stacey Burr (May 21, 1917 – September 12, 1993) was a Canadian actor, primarily known for his title roles in the television dramas Perry Mason and Ironside. His early acting career included roles on Broadway, radio, television and in film, usually as the villain. He won two Emmy Awards in 1959 and 1961 for the role of Perry Mason, which he played for nine seasons between 1957 and 1966. His second hit series, Ironside, earned him six Emmy nominations, and two Golden Globe nominations. He is also known for his role as Steve Martin in both Godzilla, King of the Monsters! and Godzilla 1985.
In addition to acting, Burr owned an orchid business and had begun to grow a vineyard. He was a collector of wines and art, and was very fond of cooking.
After his death from cancer in 1993, Burr's personal life came into question as details of his known biography appeared to be unverifiable. Gradually, it was revealed that Burr had possibly contrived a life story that hid his homosexuality.

Harry Harvey Sr. was an American actor of theatre, film, and television.
Harvey appeared in minstrel shows, in vaudeville, and on the Broadway stage but is best remembered as a character actor who appeared in more than three hundred films and episodes of television series.
He had roles in the films The Oregon Trail, Old Overland Trail, Wyoming Renegades, Ride Beyond Vengeance, and many other westerns.
In the 1950s, Harvey was cast in The Roy Rogers Show, Man Without a Gun and The Lone Ranger. In 1962, he appeared on It's a Man's World. In the 1950s, 1960s, and 1970s, he guest-starred on Branded, Lassie, Hazel, The Wild Wild West, Mannix, Alias Smith and Jones, Bonanza, and Columbo. His last appearance was in an episode of Adam-12-
Rudolph Bucko (real name Rudolph Bouckou, aka Buck Bucko) was a working cowhand from Yakima, Washington, who, with his brother Roy Bucko, drifted south and found themselves riding Hollywood's western ranges.
Starting out in dramatic parts, Desmond soon switched to westerns and action serials, and became a major western star. When the sound era began Desmond was almost 50 years old, and was soon relegated to supporting roles.
