Vera Vivienne Spragg (December 10, 1896 – June 10, 1961) was an American stage and film actress known for her work in Broadway theatre and in silent and sound films.
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia. Grant Withers (January 17, 1905, Pueblo, Colorado – March 27, 1959, North Hollywood, Los Angeles, California), born Granville G. Withers, was a prolific American film actor with a sizeable body of work. With early beginnings in the silent era, Withers moved into talkies establishing himself with an impressive list of headlined features as a young and handsome male lead. As his career progressed, his importance diminished, but he did manage a 10-year contract at Republic Pictures. His friendships with both John Ford and John Wayne secured him a spot in nine of Wayne's films, but later roles dwindled to supporting parts, mainly as villains in B-movies, serials, and finally television. He appeared in the late 1950s in two episodes of the syndicated western series 26 Men, set in Arizona, where he had earlier eloped with Loretta Young. His life in film, five unsuccessful marriages, and a tragic end had all the makings of its own Hollywood drama. From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Inez Courtney (March 12, 1908 – April 5, 1975) was an American actress on the Broadway stage and in films. Born in New York City, New York, she came from a large Irish-American family. Her father died when she was fifteen so she decided to go onto the stage. A year later she was doing a specialty dance which earned her the nicknames of St Vitis, Mosquito and Lightning. Courtney's first role as a singer and dancer came in the musical The Wild Rose in 1926. She became well-known among New York theatrical audiences for her work in Good News (1927), a musical comedy about college life. Her other credits include Spring Is Here in 1929 and America's Sweetheart in 1931. In the early 1930s, Miss Courtney left Broadway and went to Hollywood. Courtney acted in 58 films between 1930 and 1940. She secured her first movie work by asking Harry Cohn of Columbia Pictures for his assistance. The red-headed comedian made her screen debut as Cousin Betty in Loose Ankles (1930). The film co-starred Douglas Fairbanks, Jr. and Loretta Young. Her many movie credits include The Raven (1935), Suzy (1936), The Shop Around the Corner (1940), and Turnabout (1940), her last film. Courtney was married to an Italian nobleman, whereby she acquired the title Marchesa, but did not use it. She died at the Jersey Shore Medical Center in Neptune, New Jersey in 1975 of undisclosed causes at the age of 67.
Lucien Lovell Littlefield (August 16, 1895 – June 4, 1960) was an American actor from the silent film era. Brother of 'Ralph Littlefield. He later made numerous cameo appearances on television series. He died of natural causes in 4 June 1960 (Hollywood, California, USA), and was buried in Glendale's Forest Lawn Memorial Park Cemetery.

He was born as Charles Nicholas Carleton in Somerville, Massachusetts. He was on the stage for many years, appearing in important roles in London, New York and Chicago before making his screen debut. In 1941 he died in North Hollywood, California from a heart attack.
Ann Lee Doran (July 28, 1911 – September 19, 2000) was an American character actress, possibly best known as the mother of Jim Stark (James Dean) in Rebel Without a Cause (1955). She was an early member of the Screen Actors Guild and served on the board of the Motion Picture & Television Fund for 30 years.
