Anna Quirentia Nilsson was a Swedish-born actress who achieved success in American silent movies. Starring in some 200 feature films. The first Swedish actress to receive a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. In 1905, she had earned enough for a ticket across the Atlantic. In New York she was discovered on a thriving avenue by the famous portrait painter James Carroll Beckwith and soon she was New York's highest paid model. In 1907 she was named America's most beautiful woman and became a model for the 1910s beauty ideal, The Gibson Girl Look.

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Helen Jerome Eddy (February 25, 1897 – January 27, 1990) was a motion picture actress from New York, New York. She was noted as a character actress who played genteel heroines in films such as Rebecca of Sunnybrook Farm (1917). Eddy was born on February 25, 1897, and was raised in Los Angeles, California. As a youth, she acted in productions put on by the Pasadena Playhouse. She became interested in films through the studios of Siegmund Lubin, which was based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In her youth they opened a backlot in her Los Angeles neighborhood. Eddy died of heart failure on January 27, 1990, in Alhambra, California, at the age of 92. Eddy's first movie was The Discontented Man (1915). Soon after, she left Lubin and joined Paramount Pictures. At this time she began to play the roles for which she is best remembered. Other films in which the actress participated include The March Hare (1921), The Dark Angel, Camille, Quality Street, The Divine Lady (1929) and the first Our Gang talkie Small Talk (1929). She made Girls Demand Excitement in 1931 and her final film, The Secret Life of Walter Mitty, in 1947. Even as a seasoned performer in the late 1920s it was remarked that Eddy looked "astonishingly young in appearance to have been in pictures for so many years".

John Harron (March 31, 1904 – November 24, 1939) was an American actor. He appeared in more than 160 films between 1918 and 1940. Born in New York City, he was the brother of actor Robert Harron and of actress Mary Harron. Harron graduated from Santa Clara University. His film debut came in Through the Back Door (1921). After acting for Universal, he was under contract to Warner Bros. Harron "achieved great success on the silent screen but was reduced to minor roles or minor films with the coming of sound." Harron died in Seattle, Washington from spinal meningitis. He is buried in Calvary Cemetery in Los Angeles

Chester Cooper Conklin (January 11, 1886 – October 11, 1971) was an early American film comedian who started at Keystone Studios as one of Mack Sennett’s Keystone Cops, often paired with Mack Swain. He appeared in a series of films with Mabel Normand and worked closely with Charlie Chaplin, both in silent and sound films.
